Born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, soccer was a means of having fun only during my formative years. It wasn't until I was about 16 years old in the US that I started to see a potential career in the sport. My first official team was the Raleigh Venom, under the parent club known then as CASL(now NCFC). I then proceeded to play in the semi pro league for SOSA FC where I was recruited by a coach at Indiana University East. I played for Indiana University East in the college NAIA league for a year before transferring closer to home, Belmont NC. I played at Belmont Abbey College for a year as well and now I am here with De Deacon FC. Excited to see what more this sport can do for me.
